Bolster or Blanket or Available pillows
2 Yoga blocks
10 breaths in Reclining Butterfly Pose
10 breaths (5 each side) supported twist
10 breaths supported child pose
10 breaths legs up the wall
5 breaths seated gratitude practice
It is essential you are supported, comfortable, and you can breathe easily which allows your brain and nervous system to relax deeply.
You can hold each of these poses for as long as you’re comfortable and relaxed.
