This work is deeply personal for me.

When I was 17, I was training for a springboard diving competition and suffered a serious injury that changed the course of my life. Suddenly, I couldn’t sit, stand, or sleep without pain. Doctors told me I’d never compete again, that I’d likely rely on pain medication for life, and should plan for a sedentary career.

I said, “No, thank you.”

That was the moment that set me on a lifelong path of healing and discovery. I became obsessed with understanding how pain works—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. I’ve spent the last three decades reclaiming my body, my pleasure, and my power. And now I help others do the same.

Back Care to End Back Pain

Back Care Yoga is my passion!  In a springboard diving competition at 17 I had an accident which resulted in a severe back injury & debilitating back pain.

I couldn’t do ANYTHING without excruciating pain.

My diagnosis was bulging discs in my lower back combined with a genetic weakness and scoliosis.

My doctor said, “You will never compete again. You will be on pain medication with limited physical activities for the rest of your life. It will be best if you find a job that is not physically demanding.”

WHAT?!

The diagnosis changed my life and inspired me to get my life and body back on track.

I made a commitment to discover a path to transform back pain into an enjoyable active life. I feel blessed that I have also be able to turn my soul purpose passion into my profession, in the last 27 years I have worked with thousands of clients and I would be delighted to support your healing journey.
